LIVE WELL IN STYLE
MorningStar suites come in a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, each featuring full carpeting and a stylish architecture. The flexible design encourages your flair for decorating, allowing you to make your home your own. Each of MorningStar’s 65 assisted-living suites is equipped with cabinets, handicapped-accessible bathrooms and emergency assistance call buttons for peace of mind. MorningStar also provides a full maintenance and housekeeping staff, which adds more freedom to your schedule.
ACTIVITY ROOM
The activity program will include a wide of array of activities including arts and crafts projects, group games, cooking classes, on site entertainment and off site trips. The resident council will meet once a month to discuss a number of topics, including what types of activities should be introduced into the community.
AQUARIUM
This salt water tank is 325 gallons and has several types of beautiful fish for all residents and guests to enjoy.
BISTRO
Residents can come here any time of the day to find snacks and beverages. If residents do not want to come down to eat a formal breakfast, they can come here to get some fruit, cereal or crackers.
BEAUTY SALON
The beauty salon will initially be open Monday through Friday. Residents can schedule appointments by contacting the beautician Laura through the front desk, she has her own voicemail. This is a full service salon, with hair, manicures & pedicures.
CHAPEL
MorningStar offers non-denominational services every Sunday. We now offer holy communion on Tuesday.
COUNTRY STORE
The country store will feature sundries, snacks and arts and crafts made by other residents. The store will be run by residents and volunteers a few hours a week.
DINING ROOM
Executive Chef Mike DeGiovanni is the current President of the Colorado 's Chefs Association. Residents will come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Residents will be served daily specials and can choose alternates if desired. Hours for dining initially will be 7:30 -9 am , 11:30-1:30 pm and 5-7 pm. MorningStar has a private dining room for private family celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries. |
