At each MorningStar community, we take great pride in providing an unsurpassed level of quality services to all of our residents. Our specially trained staff will take personal ownership in meeting all of your needs.

Monthly Service Fee Includes

Dining Services

• Three meals offered daily
• Continental breakfast and noon meal in the club house dining room
• Evening meal is available for a nominal fee in our Independent Living community

Housekeeping Services

• Weekly cleaning of your cottage home

Recreational and Social Service Programs

• Numerous recreational programs will be offered
• Social, cultural and educational programs will be scheduled monthly
• Scheduled transportation for community-sponsored trips and outings

Health and Wellness Programs

• Fitness programs, including cardio workouts, walking programs, water aerobics classes, exercise equipment and strength training programs
• Periodic health screenings
• Priority access to independent and assisted living programs

Maintenance Service

• Complete maintenance of the club house and grounds area, including lawn mowing and snow removal
• Maintenance of your personal residence including all community provided appliances

Home Interior

• Floor and window coverings
• Individual climate controls
• Fully equipped, all electric kitchen including dishwasher and microwave
• Washer and Dryer
• Security features including safety grab bars in showers, smoke detectors
• Cable TV
• High Speed Internet hook ups
